This policy explains what The Affiliate House collects through its creator campaign dashboard and how it is used.
When you connect TikTok, we receive: your TikTok display name, username and account identifier; your public videos' IDs, captions, post dates and view/engagement counts; and, if you authorize TikTok Shop, affiliate orders attributed to your content (product, video, sale amount). We also store the access tokens TikTok issues so we can refresh this data.
Only to track and report your participation in The Affiliate House campaigns (videos posted, views and sales) to our team and the brands we run campaigns with.
We do not sell your data. Campaign results may be shared with the brand sponsoring that campaign. Data is stored with our hosting and database providers.
We keep data while you participate in campaigns. You can revoke access anytime in TikTok and ask us to delete your data by emailing helloaffiliatehouse@gmail.com; we delete it within 30 days.
